Elle est devenue une philosophie de vie qui m&rsquo;accompagne chaque jour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: gray;\">Ma qu\u00eate du bien-\u00eatre m&rsquo;a conduite \u00e0 la <strong>sophrologie<\/strong>, puis vers d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes telles que la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: gray;\"><strong>psychologie positive<\/strong>, l&rsquo;<strong>hypnose ericksonienne<\/strong>, l&rsquo;<strong>E.F.T<\/strong>. (Emotional Freedom Techniques), la <strong>C.N.V.<\/strong> (Communication Non Violente), la <strong>Q.V.T<\/strong>. (Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail), et la <strong>sonoth\u00e9rapie<\/strong> (th\u00e9rapie par le son). Cette derni\u00e8re m\u00e9thode fait appel aux vibrations sonores d&rsquo;instruments tels que les bols chantants, le gong, ou les carillons, pour \u00e9quilibrer les blocages physiques et \u00e9motionnels, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: gray;\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je suis ravie de partager avec vous ces connaissances pr\u00e9cieuses pour accompagner chacun sur le chemin du bien-\u00eatre en harmonisant le corps et le mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';
